About Ozzy J
With over 20 years experience in Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, Ozzy brings a deep and intuitive approach to yoga practise. His journey began in 1983 when he discovered Ashtanga yoga as a way to enhance his surfing strength and flexibility.
Over the years, he has explored the profound connections between movement, breath and mindfulness, integrating zen meditation, Qi Gong and breathwork into his teaching.
For Ozzy yoga is more than just a physical practise - it is a way to unite with nature, stay balanced and maintain a lifelong well bing. At 60 Ozzy continues to evolved his practise, sharing his wisdom and energy that yoga has given him.
